the studio
Founded by Moroccan born, New York raised artist Adam Echahly, the studio is based in Mexico City and produce furniture, ceramics, and objects.
Each work is developed through a hands on process designed, built, and refined with close attention to proportion, material, and detail. Metal, clay, and natural materials are shaped in ways that value imperfection, texture, and individuality.
The practice is informed by a lifelong interest in craft traditions, migration, and the quiet dialogue between structure and ornament where cultural memory and contemporary form intersect.
Built to endure, the work reflects a belief in objects made slowly, meant to last a lifetime and to remain present in the spaces they inhabit.
